INITIAL CONSULATION
Let's get to know each other! We'll tackle all your queries and revise our quote until it's perfect for you. When you're ready to give us the green light, a 25% deposit is due to lock in your date. It's worth noting that the quote can still be fine-tuned to better suit your preferences until the final invoice is due. This gives us the flexibility to explore more ideas and add extra touches to make your event truly extraordinary.
THE NITTY GRITTY
We have a heart-to-heart chat about your grand vision, the stuff that dreams are made of! We'll dig deep, getting into the nitty-gritty of all your event desires. We'll create a mood board that's tailor-made for you! Once we have this dreamy roadmap, we'll get down to business and draw up a detailed plan of all the arrangements, designs, and costs so that you can relax and give us a thumbs up!
FINAL SPRINKLE
We get together one last time to sprinkle some final floral magic on your big day! We'll double-check the seasonal blooms, chat about your dream floor plan, and coordinate bump in/out times with you or the venue manager. Once we’ve confirmed payment, we'll snap into action and place the flower order with our trusted supplier. Get ourselves ready for the big day!
